Responsibilities
  • Create and publish service tower roadmaps articulating the recommended technology investments, balancing currency of technology, business need and investment timing
  • Explore new capabilities and emerging technologies, applying to roadmaps where appropriate
  • Establish trusted partnerships with peers and all colleagues throughout the enterprise
  • Manage service tower CapEx and OpEx budgets
  • Define and publish Service Level Objectives for all network and security services, and metrics that quantify Service Level Achievement, Resource Consumption and Growth, and Cost to Serve that are specific down to the BU level and inclusive of the above

Qualifications
  • Deep skill with Cisco System’ s portfolio of routing, switching, voice, SIP services, wireless solutions
  • Advanced skill with internet proxy (Bluecoat) and firewall management (Fortinet / ASA / NGFW)
  • Advanced working knowledge of network monitoring tools, forensic trends and behavior patterns
  • Advanced working knowledge of network routing protocols, carrier interactions, advanced security technologies, load balancing and unified communications
  • Experience managing technical and solution delivery teams
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; near-term objective will be to clarify the enterprise network and security strategy and implementation plans, plus redefine our Implementation/Project Management strategy, aligning it with the standard Jazz PMO methodology
  • 10-15 years of related work experience in designing and managing global enterprise architecture / technical operations
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

Experience in the areas such as network, database administration, computer operations and production support.
  3. 5+ years direct experience in development, architecture, implementation and management of enterprise infrastructure.

  5. Experience recruiting, interviewing and selecting new team members, developing goals and managing employee performance, and ensuring overall team effectiveness.
